How & When

Placing an order for Laundry, Comforter or Rug Pick Up & Delivery is a simple 1-2-3 process.

  • Click “Schedule Laundry Pick Up” and select the service level option that best meets your needs.
  • Fill out the Order Form with your contact information, pick up & delivery options, and any special instructions or requests you may have.
  • Review your order for accuracy, input your credit card information on our secure and encrypted site, then select pay.
  • Your card will be charged the minimum deposit that applies to your zip code. Your order will be processed at the office that services your Hot Spot. Clothes will be picked up within in the time frame you selected and returned clean, fresh, and professionally wrapped within the time frame you chose.

    ADDITIONAL INFO ON OUR PROCESS:

    Clothes brought back to our facilities are weighed on our certified scales which print out a receipt.

    Our standard price is $1 per pound.

    Rush Service and orders that require special attention/handling are priced at a higher rate of $1.50 - $1.85/pound).

    If the weight is less than the deposit, no additional money will be due and there will be no refund.

    If the weight is higher than your deposit, the difference will be charged at the applicable rate and an invoice will be emailed to you for you to click and pay the balance via a secure link designed and managed by your credit card company. In this case, you never have to give your credit card information to anyone and we never have a need to store your credit card details.

    Example: if your order is for regular service (without Rush Delivery or Special Handling) and the deposit for your zip code is $50, your first 50 pounds will be covered at no additional cost. If the clothes weigh $60 pounds, you will be charged an additional $10 for the extra 10 pounds)

    We never wash your items with other customer’s laundry. We clean and disinfect each washer and dryer and follow best hygiene practices.
